As mentioned , we highly recommend doing some ski exercises before your camp with us. A certain level of cardiovascular fitness and strength is needed if you want to make the most out of every day on the slopes.
There are several exercises that you can do to strengthen up your body. Your main focus should be on your quads, glutes and calves, however a strong core is also really important. You will be fit when you arrive instead of out of breath and sore muscles.
